These Terms cover use of the Site only — actual bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or advisory services are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement between you and Intersect.

You may browse the Site and use the contact form or scheduling link to inquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information through our forms, or using it to transmit unlawful content.

No professional advice from the Site

Content on the Site (including service descriptions, FAQ answers, and pricing) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Advice specific to your business is only provided once we've entered into an engagement with you.

Pricing

Pricing shown on the Site reflects starting rates and is intended to give you a general sense of scale. Your actual quote will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins and is based on your specific transaction volume and needs.

Third-party links and tools

The Site links to third-party tools such as our scheduling platform (Calendly). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this Site belong to Intersect Professional Services and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Intersect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to services delivered under a signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
